Course description
The course module is a training material that provides comprehensive topics to enhance the skills of individuals with entrepreneurial potentials and for practicing entrepreneurs. It has 12 learning hours discussing the following; Essentials of Business Growth Program, Classification of Business According to Size, Taxonomy of Study for Business Growth Strategies, Financing the Business Growth, The Financial Statements, Managing the Business Growth, Managing People for Business Growth, Business Plan Development and the Framework for Business Growth.

Objectives

The course aims to discuss the importance of learning essentials for business growth as it reinforce the entrepreneur’s skills in managing the business for the purpose of improvement, growth and business diversification. It also aims at guiding the learners to develop business plan to be utilized as guide in business start-up, strategic management, and business growth and for the exit plan.
